About Hillsmere Occupational Therapy

Sarah (BSc Hons, AFHEA, MSc) is a highly experienced, award winning advanced clinical practitioner occupational therapist who works across the NHS, private and charitable sector.

Sarah has over 16 years experience in the assessment and rehabilitation of adults with a variety of complex symptoms and needs following diagnosis of a life-limiting condition and/or through traumatic injury. Sarah has a particular interest in adults living with and beyond Cancer.

Through Hillsmere Occupational Therapy, Sarah is able to accept referrals from healthcare professionals, GPs and case managers,  alongside self-referrals. She can also provide education and training.
