About Hillsmere Occupational Therapy

Sarah Hodge (BSc Hons, AFHEA, MSc) is a highly experienced, award winning advanced care practitioner occupational therapist who works across the NHS, private and charitable sector. Sarah has over 14 years experience in the assessment and rehabilitation of adults with a variety of complex needs following diagnosis of a life-limiting condition and/or through traumatic injury.

Through Hillsmere Occupational Therapy, Sarah is able to accept referrals from healthcare professionals, GPs, case managers, solicitors and employers alongside self-referrals.
